    Brainerd Lakes Surgery Center selects Wolters Kluwer Health’s ProVation EHR

    Minneapolis, MN –  April, 27, 2010 Wolters Kluwer Health, a provider of information for healthcare professionals and students, announced today that Brainerd Lakes Surgery Center has selected its ProVation EHR electronic health record and patient charting solution.

    ProVation EHR is designed for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). It offers electronic documentation and document imaging for all elements of the patient encounter, from past records to procedure documentation to follow-up care. With ProVation EHR, ASCs have access to a single, patient-centric documentation system that eliminates printing and chart-storage costs.

    Located in Baxter, Minn., Brainerd Lakes Surgery Center is a multi-specialty ASC performing general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, facial plastics, ENT, urology, podiatry and pain-management surgeries since opening its doors in 2005.
