DrChrono releases new physical therapy bundle package for its mobile EHR

Nov. 15, 2018

DrChrono announced a new integrated Physical Therapy and musculoskeletal (MSK) EHR bundle designed to help providers easily engage patients through exercise program prescription, educational content, and outcomes tracking.

DrChrono is now offering special bundle pricing for physical therapists and MSK providers that includes: practice management, EMR, medical billing and revenue cycle management, along with Physitrack’s patient engagement platform with its fully integrated telemedicine solution, allowing providers to work through a single DrChrono provider app.

Through the DrChrono app, providers can now access an imbedded patient engagement and Telehealth solution developed for MSK, neurological, mental health and cardiovascular clinicians. Patients stay engaged with their clinician and on track with their prescribed plan of care via a free companion app called PhysiApp. Collecting real-time insight and outcomes from patients means clinicians can provide better care based on detailed outcomes data, which can be stored inside DrChrono.

The new bundle includes a smartphone, tablet and the ability to support telemedicine consultations before, during or after direct patient treatments, along with Physitrack’s complete platform of tools.

For providers using this DrChrono Physical Therapy EHR bundle, measuring patient outcomes and adherence is painless with built-in survey tools to track when prescribed programs are opened and completed. With exercise prescription and outcome tracking integrated inside DrChrono, patient activity can be tracked, measured, and adjusted in real time with a single sign-in process. To promote self-help and active recovery with clinically-validated exercise and activity prescription, the Physitrack solution includes:

  • Over 4,000 peer-reviewed exercises and activities in areas such as Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, and Women’s Health.
  • Real-time outcomes tracking for chronic condition and population health management.
  • Constant connection and engagement to patients or clients, through telehealth services and secure communication via award-winning patient facing apps.
  • The ability to scale and automate the prescription and delivery of care plans.
