Healthcare Informatics Releases Raleigh Health IT Summit Program Agenda
Healthcare Informatics, in collaboration with healthcare leaders from across North Carolina, is bringing its critically acclaimed Health IT Summit Series event program to the Raleigh/Durham area on Oct. 19th and 20th at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel.
The Raleigh Health IT Summit is a two-day program focusing on the impact that technology is having in transforming the clinical diagnosis and delivery of healthcare in the U.S. The summit will take an in-depth view of new value-based payment structures, Medicaid reform in North Carolina, electronic health record optimization, and strategic considerations for managing ever escalating operational and capital budgets.
The summit is also dedicating a full day to an increasingly vital topic—cybersecurity—where new threat detection and response strategies will be examined, guidelines will be discussed on how to create a comprehensive security system amidst a patchwork of legacy systems, and how to create a strong cybersecurity culture.
