HCI's Parent Company Acquires the Institute for Health Technology Transformation
Vendome Group, LLC, the parent company for Healthcare Informatics, has acquired the Institute for Health Technology Transformation (IHT2), which produces health IT-focused events that bring together private and public sector leaders.
IHT2 events provide a collaborative environment with programs that aim to drive innovation, educate, and provide a critical understanding of how technology applications, solutions and devices can improve the quality, safety and efficiency of healthcare. The Institute hosts a series of programs in strategic locations across the country, including San Diego, San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, New York City, Beverly Hills, and Houston.
“This acquisition represents an extraordinary opportunity to extend the resources iHT2 provides to the healthcare community and extends our physical events reach tremendously with the Healthcare Informatics brand,” Institute Chairman Todd Brockman said in a statement. “The Institute’s ability to provide additional value to its customers will be greatly enhanced with Vendome’s brands and resources.”
iHT² will be integrated into Vendome’s Healthcare Media division.
