Nov. 1, 2007
The Siemens SXD3 1899 is an 18-inch 3-D color flat panel screen that displays three-dimensional images without the need for special viewing aids like 3-D glasses or shutters. Viewers can move within the large 3-D presentation area and can distinguish one object in front of or behind another. A 170-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angle allows multiple viewers sight of the active matrix display. Resolution of the landscape-oriented, non-interlaced display is full-format SXGA, and enables analog-VGA-interfacing. The 3-D display includes LED indicators, keypad, and on-screen displays for function output control. Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc., Malvern, Pa.
