New Object Database Features

Intersystems has introduced several technology additions to its CACHÉ high-performance object database. The new features provide enhanced reporting, Web services security, and system management and monitoring. Major enhancements include: built-in reporting that eliminates reliance on expensive external reporting tools; superior system management; and Web services security, extending support for the WS-Security 1.1 standard. InterSystems’ implementation of WS-Security 1.1 enables development of Web services, while ensuring standard adherence.
