Wristband Wi-Fi Tag

Nov. 26, 2009
Ekahau is expanding its hardware product line with the introduction of the T301W, a wristband tag designed to determine the precise location of people. The T301W tag’s small size fits the needs of hospitals, where knowing the real-time location of a patient or visitor is a requirement for ensuring patient safety. The T301W is waterproof, and its lithium-ion battery can be recharged within a few hours. The system alerts the person wearing the tag about an event or action, and is equipped with a vibration alarm, which can be triggered remotely.
