Dec. 18, 2009

ATLANTA- (Dec.17, 2009) Kaiser Permanente announced that Mark Wilson has joined its Executive Advisory Board.

Wilson is president and CEO of Ryla, Inc., which he founded in 2001. The domestically-based customer support and contact center is one of the nation’s fastest growing privately-held companies — supporting a diverse client portfolio of Fortune 500 and government clients — and nationally recognized for its jobs creation, state-of-the-art technology and innovative workplace practices.

“We are very pleased to have Mark join our board. His skill set and experience will be highly valuable to our organization, as we strive to provide the best customer care to our members in metro Atlanta,” said Kaiser Permanente President Peter Andruszkiewicz.

Prior to founding Ryla, Wilson was a 15 year veteran at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), the leading provider of global business information. A native of Arkansas, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Wilberforce University. Wilson is a member of The Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and in 2009 was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Southeast Regional finalist. He lives in Cobb County.
