ORLANDO – February 17, 2010 – The Kramer Group today announced that Gwinnett Health System, comprising a three hospital integrated delivery network in Lawrenceville, GA, selected RQi enterprise™ (Registration Quality Improvement) , its web-based revenue cycle solution designed to detect and flag errors for correction during the registration process.
Knowing that less than five percent of registrations were reviewed each month for quality assurance, Gwinnett Health sought out an automated revenue cycle solution that would improve financial performance by ensuring 100 percent review of registrations.
