Evolute Acquires Healthcare Solutions Provider MidTech Partners

February 23, 2010 – (Denver) – Evolute Consolidated Holdings (www.evolutechi.com), a Microsoft “Gold Certified” partner firm, has acquired Denver-based MidTech Partners, in a move designed to further expand Evolute’s offerings to the healthcare industry.

Evolute will have offices in Kirkland, WA, Denver, and New York, with staff throughout the US, all focused on Microsoft platform solutions facilitating integration and compliance management in areas such as Chronic Condition Management, HIPAA 5010, care team collaboration and business process automation.  Evolute also has a well-established business and reputation in web and mobile training solutions.

“MidTech brings brings complementary skill sets, a devoted client base and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to Evolute,” said Hedy Foreman, CEO of Evolute.  “The professional team at Mid Tech has an outstanding reputation for quality delivery and a strong working relationship with Microsoft.”

MidTech’s founder, Joseph Fabrizio, will become President and COO of Evolute.

The acquisition was effective as of December 31, 2009. Terms were not disclosed as both companies are privately held.
