T-System hires Ohman as COO

Dallas, Texas (June 29, 2010) – Healthcare technology executive Mikael Ohman joins T-System, a producer of clinical business and IT solutions for hospital emergency departments (EDs), in the newly created role of chief operating officer (COO). He will report to John Trzeciak, CEO of T-System.

Ohman comes to T-System from McKesson Technology Solutions, where he directed strategic growth initiatives and business development activities as its senior vice president of strategy and business development. Previously, Ohman was responsible for global business operations for Cerner Corporation. He also served as a consultant with McKinsey and Company in Stockholm, Sweden and Atlanta.

At T-System, Ohman will set the direction for the company’s products and implement strategies to increase their functionality and interoperability – ultimately providing more value for customers.
