Saint Mary’s licenses TriZetto’s QNXT Essentials solution

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – July 8, 2010 – The TriZetto Group, Inc. today announced that Saint Mary’s Health Plans (SMHP) in Reno, Nev., has licensed TriZetto’s QNXT Essentials software and services, which is designed to improve the reliability and functionality of information systems, automate administrative processes and support business growth and HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 migrations.

Providing health coverage to 40,000 people in Nevada, SMHP expects to go live on TriZetto’s QNXT 4.7 system on Jan. 1, 2011.

The QNXT Essentials web package licensed by SMHP also includes TriZetto’s new Member and Provider Service real-time portal applications. The license further includes TriZetto’s ClaimCheck Connector product, a specialized module that interfaces between the QNXT platform and McKesson’s ClaimCheck application.

Specially designed for community health plans, the QNXT Essentials solution includes TriZetto’s entire QNXT enterprise administration system, accelerated implementation process and toolkit and full-service application hosting and management services.
