LAS VEGAS, Allscripts Client Experience – August 05, 2010 – Alpha II, a provider of solutions for healthcare coding, compliance and reimbursement, announced today a new integration contract with Allscripts, a provider of clinical software, information and connectivity solutions for physicians. Alpha II’s ClaimStaker software will soon be offered as an integrated solution to the Allscripts client base currently using MyWay, Tiger PM and Vision PM. Alpha II’s CodeWizard will also be integrated into the Allscripts MyWay application. Estimated date of completion for the integrations is Q1 2011 for MyWay and Tiger, and Q2 2011 for integration into Vision.

This agreement builds on the existing decade-long relationship between the two organizations. Currently, Alpha II’s ClaimStaker and CodeWizard applications are integrated with Allscripts Professional PM, Enterprise PM and Professional EHR. The integration of these Alpha II products helps Allscripts to ensure that physicians and specialty practices capture accurate history, exam and medical decision-making determinations, in addition to verifying professional and institutional claim validity.
