Aug. 25, 2010

American Fork, Utah – Aug. 24, 2010 – Manhattan’s Park Avenue Radiologists is the latest imaging center to transform its facility into a state-of-the-art digital center, providing interpreting and referring physicians with instant access to images.

Currently, the facility is performing and reading 300 procedures each day.

With NovaRad’s NovaRIS and NovaPACS systems, image access and referring physician appointment requests can be made in a single click through the Center’s secure physician site.

The 34-year-old facility was the first private medical practice in Manhattan to bring MRI & CT imaging technology outside the hospital setting and with the addition of these digital systems is now able to provide improved convenience, faster reports and enhanced service for its patients.
