Emerson Network Power has released the first integrated offering from its Avocent and Liebert businesses, bringing infrastructure visibility and management to the rack equipment level. Avocent DSView 3 management software enables secure, out-of-band, centralized management of all connected IT and network devices in complex and geographically dispersed data centers. The Liebert MPX and MPH rack PDU systems offer industry-leading performance and flexibility along with remote management functionality, including receptacle level control, power monitoring and environmental monitoring. Avocent Power Manager software adds power monitoring capability to the access and control functions of Avocent DSView 3 software.
