ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 10 — Carestream Health has been awarded the U.S. government’s   DIN-PACS III (Digital Imaging Network/Picture Archiving and Communications System) contract. The contract for up to $45 million in purchases is in effect until April 27, 2013. Two option periods are available and may be exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and at the contracting officer’s discretion.
