The RP-Xpress is a lightweight, portable telemedicine device designed for clinical environments using standard 802.11 Wi-Fi. This rugged unit brings the physician to the point of care for remote consultation and active patient monitoring. Features include dual audio modes to enable team or private communications and a remote, physician-controlled, medical-grade P-T-Z camera. This device is FDA-cleared Class II for the highest level of clinical acuity. InTouch Health and its health system partners are developing out-of-hospital telemedicine applications with RP-Xpress using cellular broadband connectivity.
