Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will accelerate the growth trajectory of Stanley Healthcare Solutions, as well as augment the industrial and security offerings of Stanley Black & Decker. The combined entity will transform operations, supply chain management and safety for healthcare and industrial customers around the world.
