Calgary Scientific taps Dave Galiotto as VP of Operations

Calgary Scientific announces that Dave Galiotto has been named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Operations. Dave is also a member of Calgary Scientific’s Office-of-the-President, a team of four senior executives responsible for collaboratively making strategic decisions, as well as reporting to the Board of Directors.

Dave joins Calgary Scientific from Seagate subsidiary EVault, where he managed global sales operations activities. He began his career at KPMG and has spent 25 years working in senior roles in a variety of software and technology companies including early stage startups, large global entities, and private companies.

“I’m very excited to join the executive team at this pivotal time for the company,” says Dave Galiotto, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Calgary Scientific. “I’m here to help Calgary Scientific evolve to the next stage and am looking forward to working with the highly skilled team already in place.”

Dave has been involved in every aspect of growing successful technology companies, including implementing accounting and control systems; public reporting and investor relations; financing and capital-raising; and merger and acquisition activities.
