AGS Health announces AHIMA Pinnacle Signature Partner status

Sept. 28, 2015

AGS Health, a healthcare revenue cycle management company, today announced a new engagement with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), a health information education and advocacy organization that represents more than 101,000 professionals worldwide.

“With the ICD-10 deadline nearing, it’s a critical time for the healthcare industry in the United States,” says Devendra Saharia, CEO, AGS Health. “We are pleased to join with AHIMA as a Signature Partner and look forward to working to promote and advance coding and compliance standards within the industry.”

As the first Pinnacle Signature Partner, AGS Health will engage with AHIMA on key industry initiatives, as well as advocate for high and consistent standards for all healthcare organizations throughout the year. The Signature Partner status will also further enhance AGS Health’s state-of-the-art training for their 1,000-plus coding staff globally, and create additional value for the firm’s clients.

“As we move to a more modern and robust coding system, AHIMA thanks AGS Health for their commitment to the HIM profession,” says Lynne Thomas Gordon, CEO, AHIMA. “We look forward to working with their team during this important time in our industry.”
