Data shows Utah as the sickest state in the country this week

If you’re feeling a little under the weather, you aren’t alone.

According to data from Kinsa, a company that is accurately seeing where flu-like illness is spreading in real time with the help of their smart thermometers, Utah is currently the sickest state in the country this week with 5.7% of the population (over 182,400 people) experiencing flu-like symptoms.

The Salt Lake City area is getting hit the hardest in Utah, with 5.7% of the local population experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Florida is the 2nd sickest state this week and New Mexico takes the 3rd spot.

The healthiest state this week? North Dakota.
