Geisinger reaches HIMSS Stage 6 Analytics Maturity

The Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger has become the first healthcare system in Pennsylvania and the fourth in the world to earn HIMSS Analytics Stage 6 Adoption Model for Analytics Maturity (AMAM) validation, the health system recently announced.

This award recognizes integrated application of information systems and analytics to improve clinical, operational, research and financial processes for healthcare. The Adoption Model for Analytics Maturity (AMAM) progressively measures an organization’s analytical capabilities across eight stages of maturity (Stage 0 – Stage 7).
