Daniel Morreale has been named CIO for Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare, responsible for the organization’s implementation of strategic information technology plans.

He previously held the position of CIO for AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC), leading the selection and implementation of information technology for that organization’s Atlantic City and Mainland campuses. Prior to joining ARMC, Morreale served as the vice president and CIO for New York’s NorthBronxHealthcareNetwork-JacobiMedicalCenter.

Morreale is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
