I came across an article by Carmine Gallo last week about how to give a good presentation. At first, I found it a little odd that someone would break down a Steve Jobs’ presentation in this manner. It reminded me of ESPN Classics breakdown of Tom Brady leading the New England Patriots on a last-minute scoring drive. I read the article anyway, and found Mr. Gallo makes a lot of good observations.

A good presentation can be a huge help when you’re trying to get your point across. Considering the internal competition for capital and complexity of the projects faced by IT Leaders, we should always be looking for ways to communicate better. This article has some good tidbits for your next dog and pony show.
