An organization that uses technology effectively must have several elements present. The elements are shown in the pinwheel below.
In the pinwheel, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Like a real pinwheel missing a blade does not spin well, each component is necessary for an organization to use technology in a highly effective manner. Over the coming weeks, we'll expand on each element. We'll tackle Problem Solving first, and work our way around. Problem Solving is the most elusive, and possibly the most unexpected, of the elements.
