Guerra on HITECH: Take a Listen

At the recently held HIMSS conference, I took part in my first podcast. Taking the unfamiliar role in an interview, I sat across the table from Beacon Partners CEO Ralph Fargnoli, taking questions on the HITECH Act, how it was being received and the implications for the industry. To be honest, I enjoyed the process very much, as it allowed me to sound off on legislation I currently find very concerning. As I’ve written before, HITECH’s deadlines, and uber-truncated timeline, are cause for worry. Take a listen (once on the Beacon page, click on Spotlight #14).
