Sisters of St. Francis Takes HR System Online

Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc., an eight-hospital system located in Mishawaka, Ind., is deploying Ottawa-based Halogen Software’s talent management suite to streamline human resource processes.

The system is moving from a paper-based employee appraisal system to an automated talent management system which integrates employee appraisals, feedback, goal tracking, compensation planning, and succession planning, according to the company.

Sisters of St. Francis has more than 17,000 employees across 13 facilities in Indiana and Illinois, and offers a broad range of acute care services.
