King of Prussia, Pa.-based MRO Corp. is unveiling technology infrastructure upgrades and software enhancements to its flagship product, ROI Online.
The upgrades include menu options and navigation tools that are based on tasks frequently performed by users, the ability to export all lists to a Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet, an expanded library of standard and customized reports, an updated legal review workflow, and additional Web portal functionality for internal requesters.
These initiatives are designed to improve the user experience with enhanced functionality, increased bandwidth, heightened security and additional customization within the ROI process, according to the company.
