Blumenthal to Keynote CHIME09 Fall CIO Forum

The National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, Dr. David Blumenthal, will serve as Opening Keynote Speaker at the Ann Arbor Mich.-based CHIME09 Fall CIO Forum. The event will be held October 27-30 in Indian Wells, Calif.
