St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS, Orange, Calif.) is implementing the Critical careTrends (San Mateo, Calif.) system as the standard for its hemodynamic monitoring interface.

Critical careTrends interfaces the hemodynamic monitors to Meditech, the standard clinical information system within SJHS. Currently, Critical careTrends has been deployed at two of the SJHS hospitals where Philips’ Merlin, Philips’ Intellivue and GE’s Solar monitors have been interfaced to Meditech.

SJHS is a not-for-profit, 14-hospital, 3,500-bed healthcare system located throughout California and the Southwestern United States.
