Hampden County Physicians Associates, a 16-site, multi-specialty practice based in Springfield, Mass., has selected Ridgefield, Conn.-based CoActiv’s advanced EXAM-PACS for digital image viewing, management, communication and archiving.

The solution is designed to speed up image reading and management and provide both the radiology group and practice physicians with anywhere, anytime Web-based access to all images, reports and related data, according to the company. It also enables secure offsite image storage in four separate locations.

Hampden County Physician Associates has more than 50 physicians in multiple offices throughout Hampden County, Mass., and includes a freestanding multi-modality imaging center and additional stand-alone modalities in select offices.
