The Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a national network of 51 imaging centers based in Minneapolis, has signed a contract with Milwaukee, Wis.-based Merge Healthcare for Merge Mammo 7.2, the newest version of Merge’s breast imaging workstation software.

According to the company, Merge Mammo 7.2 includes highly intuitive viewing protocols and workflow tools that allow radiologists to display and compare breast images according to their preference. The solution can also manage breast images regardless of the medical device type or modality used to acquire the images, it touts.

CDI is a national network of imaging providers offering a full range of diagnostic imaging, pain management and interventional radiology services. CDI’s mission is to improve the lives of those it serves through the highest quality of care and diagnostic imaging services.
