The publication, which can be downloaded here, provides an overview of HIPAA’s Privacy and Security Rules with discussion of the implications resulting from the HITECH Act’s enhanced enforcement of HIPAA, according to the company. It is designed to help providers and executive leaders face the challenges that arise in dealing with compliance issues.
