Mount Kisco Medical Group, PC, (MKMG) is deploying a voice over IP (VoIP) and automatic call distribution (ACD) technology from NEC Unified Solutions, Inc. (Irving, Texas) in 15 of its locations.

MKMG will utilize NEC’s Univerge SV7000 and Neax 2400 communications servers and its CallCenterWorX ACD and Global Navigator call center monitoring solutions to provide staff with the communications tools needed to perform more efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment, says the company.

Founded in 1946, MKMG comprises more than 170 physicians including experts in more than 40 specialties and subspecialties with locations throughout upstate New York.
