Orange County Partnership Regional Health Information Organization, a nonprofit organization based in Orange County, Calif., has awarded a six-month contract to Qualis Health's technology consulting division, Outlook Associates.


According to Qualis (Seattle), Outlook Associates will provide consulting on a strategic plan being developed by the partnership, a county-wide network of independent healthcare providers promoting the safe exchange of patient information.

Outlook Associates will conduct marketing research and analysis of the community's technological capabilities and willingness to participate in the regional health information exchange, says the company. Additionally, Qualis contends it will facilitate meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a pilot project that electronically connects healthcare.
