As part of a corporate reorganization, Merge Healthcare is unveiling a new name and announcing several changes to its executive management team.

As part of a corporate reorganization, Merge Healthcare is unveiling a new name and announcing several changes to its executive management team.

The Milwaukee, Wis.-based medical imaging software and services company has been renamed Merge Fusion. Cedara, its operating division located in Toronto, Canada, will now be called Merge OEM.

According to the company, Kenneth Rardin (CEO), Steven Norton (CFO), Gary Bowers (president of the Merge North America division) and Loris Sartor (president of the Cedara/Merge OEM division) have announced their resignations.

The following four new officers have been appointed:

· Justin C. Dearborn, former managing director and general counsel of Merrick Ventures, LLC, was named CEO.

· Steven M. Oreskovich was promoted from vice president of internal audit at Merge to chief financial officer.

· Nancy J. Koenig, who previously served as CEO at Merrick Healthcare Solutions (a Merrick Ventures portfolio company), was named president of the Merge Fusion Division.

· Antonia Wells was promoted from vice president of customer operations for Merge OEM to president of the Merge OEM Division.
