Christiana Care Health System has selected Greencastle Consulting to assist in the implementation of GE's Centricity ambulatory electronic medical record (EMR) system.

According to Greencastle, it will provide project management, organizational change and governance structure services — in support of the EMR implementation— to Christiana's recently re-organized physician group, Medical Group of Christiana Care. Greencastle will also assist Christiana Care with electronic medical administration record system (eMAR) and perioperative RFID projects, says the consulting firm.

Christiana Care Health System is one of the region's largest not-for profit health care providers, and is headquartered in Wilmington, Del. Greencastle Consulting, a project management and consulting services firm focused on clinical transformation, is based in Fraser, Pa.
