    Andy Corbin has resigned from his position as president and CEO of Sage Software Healthcare.

    Ron Verni, CEO of Sage North America and a director of The Sage Group plc, was immediately tapped to replace Corbin.

    An announcement regarding the permanent succession plan for the role will be made "in due course," says the Tampa, Fla.-based software provider.
