Eastman Kodak Company's Health Group, based in Rochester, N.Y., recently signed contracts with a number of U.S. healthcare facilities to provide medical digital image capture systems.
According to Kodak, two of the digital imaging systems purchased were Kodak's KODAK DIRECTVIEW digital radiography (DR) and its computed radiography (CR) system. Kodak stated that some facilities also purchased other imaging systems in order to provide clinicians with leg and spine images, and the ability to scan and review CR images.
The following healthcare providers are among those that have placed orders for Kodak digital imaging solutions:
· Chenango Memorial Hospital (Norwich, N.Y.)
· The Chester County Hospital (West Chester, Pa.)
