Chicago-based Children’s Memorial Hospital is deploying Mequon, Wis.-based D2’s My Patient Passport Express kiosk for its patient check-in program.

Chicago-based Children’s Memorial Hospital is deploying Mequon, Wis.-based D2’s My Patient Passport Express kiosk for its patient check-in program.

According to the company, patients will be able to check in, make future appointments, and update their medical history at the kiosks, all by using a touch screen. Patients can also make credit card payments and sign documents using the integrated electronic signature pad.
