Memorial Health System, Colorado Springs, Colo., has selected Ann Arbor, Mich.-based ForeSee Results' online customer satisfaction management solution to deliver online service and information to Web site visitors, patients, and job seekers.

With a major website re-launch slated for 2008, Memorial says it would like a better understanding of who is coming to their Web site and why.

According to ForeSee Results, it uses the scientific methodology of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to measure satisfaction with specific elements of the online experience, such as search and content.
