SUNY Downstate Medical Center (Brooklyn, N.Y.) has selected Lawson Software's (St. Paul, Minn.) S3 Human Capital Management, Enterprise Financial Management and Supply Chain Management software suites.

The Lawson applications are designed to facilitate operational efficiencies by automating financial and supply chain processes, providing an integrated business system and increasing visibility into data across its departments, says the company.

SUNY Downstate comprises a College of Medicine, College of Health Related Professions, College of Nursing, School of Graduate Studies and University Hospital of Brooklyn.
