Orlando Regional Healthcare System (Orlando, Fla.) is implementing a fully integrated revenue cycle management technology from Passport Health

Orlando Regional Healthcare System (Orlando, Fla.) is implementing a fully integrated revenue cycle management technology from Passport Health Communications Inc. (Franklin, Tenn.).

According to the company, Orlando will utilize Passport IntelliSource Plus, an integrated, Health Level 7-based solution that provides insurance eligibility. The solution integrates with the provider's health information system (HIS) and can link to all major health information or practice management systems in a real-time and/or batch format, says Passport Health.

The company also contends the solution gives Orlando Regional Healthcare the ability to work inpatient and outpatient accounts from a centralized pre-registration area in a building off campus.
