Garden City Expands Radiology Solutions

Garden City Hospital (GCH) of Garden City, Mich. is expanding its services from Troy, Mich.-based CareTech Solutions to support radiology workflow technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, CareTech will expand GCH’s existing Amicas PACS installation to include Amicas Reach and Amicas RIS. CareTech will facilitate the project’s implementation, says the company. CareTech says it will continue to support the hospital’s Amicas PACS and its extended radiology workflow solutions, and provide training to the system’s end users.

Garden City Hospital, located northwest of Detroit, is an independent, 323-bed community hospital with 365 physicians in 47 specialties.
