Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Hospital is deploying Mission Viejo, Calif.-based Patient Care Technology Systems (PCTS) Amelior EDTracker software to automatically track patients and assets across the 412-bed hospital.

According to the company, the software will use ultrasound locating from PCTS partner Sonitor Technologies (Largo, Fla.) and will integrate with an upgraded release of the Amelior ED documentation system.

Mary Washington is part of MediCorp Health System, a regional medical system that provides inpatient and outpatient care through a number medical facilities in the Fredericksburg community.
