Overlake Hospital Medical Center, a 337-bed facility based in Bellevue, Wash., is implementing the Payrollmation time and attendance system from api software, inc. (API, Hartford, Wis.).
API’s system automates complex time and attendance data collection and calculation processes, which the company says can enhance reporting capabilities and help managers control labor costs for increased operational efficiency. The availability of real-time labor information allows managers and administrators to analyze data on a day-by-day or shift-by-shift basis for proactive control of labor costs, it touts.
Overlake Hospital is a nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services to the Puget Sound Region. It is the only Level III Trauma Center in eastern Puget Sound.
