Hatboro, Pa.-based RFID and solutions management company, InfoLogix, has acquired virtually all the assets of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based hospital cost management and consulting firm Delta Health Systems Inc., it says.
Delta touts it has saved millions of dollars and improved service levels for healthcare organizations over the past 30 years.
In addition to Delta’s consulting services, the assets InfoLogix has attained include Delta’s proprietary on-demand tool for continuous monitoring of cost management performance metrics in hospitals, the company says.
