EMR Embeds Imaging Decision Support Tools

Ontario, Canada-based Medicalis Corporation, a provider of diagnostic imaging Clinical Decision Support tools, has reached an agreement with Nightingale Informatix (Rancho Cordova, Calif.), an EMR provider, to embed the Medicalis diagnostic imaging Clinical Decision Support tools into Nightingale’s web based EMR solution.

The tools are designed to plug into EMRs and CPOEs using Web-based services to simply the delivery of diagnostic imaging decision support, says the company.
