GE Healthcare (UK), a unit of General Electric Company, has completed the acquisition of Dynamic Imaging LLC (Allendale, N.J.), a provider of Web-based image and information management. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to GE, Dynamic Imaging's solutions unit will assist healthcare organizations in growing imaging-based procedural medicine business through physician and patient access, streamlined workflow and reporting of imaging results to referring physicians, all on a common platform.

The acquisition of Dynamic Imaging and its IntegradWeb suite of products, including Web-based PACS and integrated RIS/PACS, will allow GE Healthcare to expand its offerings of information technology products and services across all segments of healthcare, the company says.
