Patient Tracking Solution to Track Wait Times

HealthWare Systems (Elgin, Ill.) is unveiling ActiveTRACK, a patient tracking solution created to maintain an electronic waiting list for patient registration.

According to the company, the solution helps track and measure performance benchmarks such as registration area wait time, registration, paperwork and documentation time by registration area and registrar.

Built to integrate with the company’s ActiveWARE solution, the new solution allows ancillary departments to bump a patient on the waiting list and move that patient to an underutilized area as soon as possible, the company touts.
